Answer
Hello Geri and thank you for your inquiry. Your ring sounds beautiful. Unfortunately, there is not much I could tell you about it that you don't already know. You know the approximate age but should have the stones verified as to their karat and fineness as well as the gold content of the ring itself. You would need to have it tested and appraised by an estate jewelry appraiser or gemologist and should have this done for valuation purposes. Shouldn't cost more than $25.  There are also online appraisal sites that will work from a good photograph. Just input jewelry appraisals into your browser search and hit enter. Hope this helps and enjoy your ring !
