Is Your 10K Ring Real Diamond or Cubic Zirconia? Decoding Engravings

I recently inherited a 10K 'Diamnond' ring. The band has a diamond symbol engraved next to 10K and then CZ. If CZ means it is simply a cubic zirconia, what does the engraved diamond mean? I have never seen such a thing so I can't tell if they are real diamonds due to the diamond symbol, or if they are simply CZ's due to the CZ engraved! Thank you for your help :)

SOUNDS LIKE A 'CZ' CENTER STONE. MOST 10K RINGS ARE NOT SET WITH A DIAMOND. THE DIAMOND SYMBOL IS JUST A MFG. MARK PROBABLY. THE EASY THING TO DO IS GET AN EXPERT OPINION ON THE RING FROM A GRADUATE GEMOLOGIST OR SOMEONE WITH LOTS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE DIAMOND BUSINESS. FOR ANYONE WHO WORK WITH DIAMONDS AL THE TIME IT IS EASY TO IDENTIFY. GOOD LUCK!
