QuestionI purchased several small bags at a rental storage bld. 2 bags have cards "Sapphire Gallery" in Philipsburg, MT with one cut stone in each bag one has .25pt. and one has .28pt. The other bags have hand writing as follows: 1st bag Heat treat (RC) $80.55 16.11 tw 2nd & 3rd bags small/fractured (DC) 4th & 5th bags small/fractured (RC)all of the stones range in color from clear,aqua,amber and light green (the color of old glass?) I can't tell you anything concrete about the stones you have without being able to test them myself. The colors you describe are unusual for sapphire, but not for Montana sapphire. Montana sapphires are typically small, so the sizes are right on for the material.

Heat treat is just that, heated stones, which improves color and clarity.
tw means total weight.
Not sure about the DC and RC, but you may find that information on their website.
More than likely you have authentic Montana Sapphire and can compare them to the Sapphire Gallery website to get an idea of what they are selling for.
