Removing Rhodium Plating from Gold Ring: Restoration Options

Hello,

I had a yellow gold ring dipped in what I think is Rhodium but now wish for this to be reversed. Is there anything I can do to get the ring back to its original gold? My ring was 22 K before I had it dipped to make it silver looking. Thank you!

Yes! Your jeweler should be able to simply buff off the plating.  It is just a matter of taking that very thin layer of "silver" color off of the top.  I agree that 22K is beautiful and I think you should let it show!
