Can you give tell me about these gems and Im selling it and I dont want to give it away but I dont want to over price either

the items in questions are not expensive and appear to be synthetic...in addition the "other stones appear to be foiled back synthetic stones as well, the metal does not appear to be Karat Gold either....whatever you can get for it more power to you.
