Understanding FTH Hallmarks on Jewelry: Maker Identification

Question
What does FTH mean stamped on the inside of a ring? It directly follows 10K and preceeds 1/8 TW, both of which I know the meaning of. But the FTH I can't seem to figure out.

The initials FTH are the hallmark of makers mark which either indicates the Manufacture or jeweler's initials who made the ring.
