Hi Shane, The first thing to do is take them to a jeweler and have the medals tested for actual purity. If in fact they are gold and silver, then get the weight of each. Depending on the origin and importance of the gymnastics events, and their age, they might have just more than scrap metal value which is determined on the daily gold/silver spot price on the open market x (times) the purity (14k gold is .5825 % pure)divided by 20 x .50. This price is computed for each gold item. Silver, if Sterling Silver (.925 % pure) is computed by the ounce. The Bronze really has no value except if like I said they were collectible. My guess is they are made of base metals with gold/silver, and bronze coatings. Good luck.
