QuestionI am designing a new line of jewelry which requires glueing gemstones onto sterling silver and other metals. I have tried several types of glue and haven't found one that dries clear, has a little elasticity and holds the stones no matter how large or small. I am making large cuff bracelets, so I do need an adhesive with some flexibility as well. I prefer glue to epoxy because eposy is toxic and I work indoors without ventilation. Do you have a glue you recommend? Thanks
Answerhello sandra..
Glue can be great and easy or problimatical and a huge problem...so you have to pick your glue
carefully...epoxy is tricky and there are a lot of non mixing glues now..now there are so many out now and very suited to different needs...
I suggest you call http://www.riogrande.com/
and ask for a glue expert...they have a large selection ...
and should have just what you need...if not let me know..
