Bracelet Appraisal: Is It Diamonds? Value & Inspection

My bracelet   Hello,

I have this bracelet that has 54 possible diamonds that are set in silver. Would you have any idea about how much it could be worth or if the stones are even diamonds? Im not really good with jewelry.

Unfortunately I cannot tell from a picture how much the bracelet is worth. It will have to be inspected under a loupe to determine the quality of the diamond and it would have to be closely inspected. Tests will also have to be conducted on the metal to determine what kind of metal it is. Only then can you estimate it's worth.
