what is the discharge plan for  a mother and the baby if it is a preterm labor?? what are those health teachings should be made??

I don't really understand your question. Are you asking if you have the baby early or if you go home still pregnant after preterm labor? Your nurse should have given you discharge instructions, or you can call your doctor.
As far as "health teachings", please clarify question. I'd like to help. but don't fully understand what your situation is.
