QuestionI've been dating a girl for a while now and we both openly talk about long term plans, marriage, living situations etc. We'll probably move in together later this year and are looking at dates near the end of this year or early next year to get married. I've found all kinds of websites about people whining about bad marriages (I've been through one bad marriage already and don't want to make the same mistake) and while my relationship with this girl is exponentially better, we're both rediculously well suited and compatable, etc... I'd still like to find any resources available to us as far as pre-marriage work and put it to good use.
I want nothing more than to make a happy life for the two of us... and we will certainly find some kind of marriage counseling, but any other websites, books, advice from you, etc would be much appreciated!

AnswerWell for a guy with one bad marriage under your belt, why jumpstart into another one by moving in together, you are kind of precluding correct events of dating, being engaged, and getting maried before moving in together. All steps designed to get to know someone you are planning on spending the rest of your life with. There are plenty of books on marriage counseling you may nevr need if you go through the proper steps.
