Viagra (Tadalafil): Long-Term Effects & Considerations

sir what is long term effect of tadalafil/viagra in 44 years patient using viagra twice in week only half dose?

While I am not an expert on the drug Viagra it has not been around very long to gather that type of information.  It was developed initially as a blood pressure and cardiovascular medication but had been found to have some very desirable side-effects and Pfizer changed gears and marketed the drug for ED.  The PDR shows no listing of untoward effects of long term use.  However concomant use of alfa-blockers and nitrates for CAD are contraindicated.
