Sunburn During Pregnancy: Risks and What to Do

Hi Lilly,
I was told it is okay to lay in a tanning bed while pregnant as long as you don't overheat.
I am 21 weeks pregnant and did so and got a sunburn.  I don't ever plan on doing it again but could this have hurt our baby?

sorry for delay, puter problems. Actually no harm was done this time, but never again ok? BUT for sure tell your ob and when they do another ultrasound make sure they look good. Usually it would take repeated sessions for anything to happen.
