My husband and I have decided we are ready to try and have a baby. I am just wondering. How can I best prepare myself for a best possible pregnancy? I have been eating healthy and have been exercising regularly for the last few months. What other things should I be doing?

Answer You are off to the right start. But you should make sure you are up to date on your yearly pap smear and pelvic exam.
You should be taking a pre-natal vitamin or at least be taking folic acid to help prevent birth defects.
Finally, NO SMOKING OR DRINKING!
