Pregnancy & Safety: Tanning, Tattoos & Blood Donation - Expert Advice

I am 12 weeks pregnant. I had three questions regarding my personal desires to do certain things and was wondering if it was safe for my unborn baby.  First - can I use tanning salons?  I am curious about the spray-on tan rather than the tanning bed.  Second - is it safe for me to get a tattoo?  Third - I am a blood donor, can I still donate while pregnant?  Thanks for your assistance.

The tanning bed should be used with caution.  Don't let the lights go near your stomach.  I would use spray if I were you.  Tattoos are a big no-no during pregnancy.  Most blood donor places will not take blood if your pregnant bc the extra blood you have needs to be there for the fetus.
