Answer
Back pain is often seen normally in early pregnancy, along with nausea, fatigue, and breast tenderness. AS long as you are not seeing vaginal bleeding and having menstrual-like cramping, you should not worry. It is too early to get a sonogram because nothing would be seen until you are six weeks from your last period, but if you start to bleed heavily, consult your doctor. For the backpain, use some Tylenol, warm showers, and possibly a heating pad.
