Bloody Discharge in Pregnancy: 35 Weeks - Is It Normal?

I have been having a lot of discharge during the whole pregnancy, now I saw a little red in it. Looks like a little blood. Any reason to be concerned? By my previous pregnancy two weeks before delivery I also had bloody discharge- just once- doctor said mucuos plug. Should I call my doctor? I was just there today.

It sounds like it is the mucus plug again (bloody show). This is normal and merely indicates that you will probably go into labor in a few weeks. Don't worry. You do not have to call your doctor until you start to have contractions every 6-8 minutes (from the beginning of one contraction to the beginning of the next contraction) and each contraction lasts for at least 45 seconds.
