Hot Springs and Pregnancy: Safety & Considerations

Question
I would like to know what your opinion is regarding using hotsprings while pregnant.  I am 19 years old and about a month and a half pregnant ( or a little more ) and I will be vacationing to Radium hot springs.  The temperature or their pool is 103 degrees and I would like to know if it is safe my my baby if I go into the pool.  Any additional information would be helpful.
Thank you very much for your time.

Answer
As long as the temperature of any water is less than 105 degrees, you can bathe in it, play in it, or relax in it. Avoid hot-tubs or spas in which the temperature of the water is greater than 105 degrees F. Avoid very hot baths or showers in the house unless you leave a window open. You do not want your core temperature of your body to rise over 110 degrees, in order to avoid cardiac muscle damage to the baby.
