Baby Dropping: 27-28 Week Pregnancy - What to Expect

I am 33 years of and this is my 4 pregnacy and and i am having children 4 and 5 and 27-28 weeks pregnat and every one says that I have dropped. I am having a lot of momement in my pubic area. The babys are both wery large. will they come early?

It is doubtful that you have dropped at 27-28 weeks gestation, even if you have a twin pregnancy and it feels like you arfe having movement in your pubic area. A sonogram will show if the babies have dropped. Even if the babies are large, you may or may not go into labor earlier than usual. Twins usually come earlier than your due date, but it is preferable for them to not deliver prior to term because they also have a tendency for prematurity. I put all twin pregnancies on bedrest after 28 weeks.
