Hi Jennifer,

My sister just got pregnant, and she was asking if it is safe to use an epilator (arms & legs), Jolen Bleach (for facial hair) and hair removal cream while she is pregnant?
It's her first pregnancy so she's a little nervous and doesn't want to do anything that could harm the baby.

Are there any other things that she shouldn't do/eat while she is pregnant?

Normally any type of chemical use is suggested that uyou quit it during you pregnancy. Also, it is good to take pre-natal vitamins during pregnancy because it nurishes the body. Also as you probably know alcohol and cigerette use should be stopped as well as caffeine intake.
