Protein in Urine During Pregnancy: Causes & What to Do

Hi ya I would like to know what it means if I have a lot of protien in my urine?  I am 9wks pregnant on Monday.

It just means you are overdoing it on the protein type foods such as fish, chicken and other meats.Try staying away fromBeef type meats. Chicken and Fish are ok but beef has ALOT of protein in it.  It isn't a significant problem but when your pregnant you should defiantely watch your protein intake.
