Concerns About Fetal Growth: Seeking Expert Input

the md says baby is 5 lbs but not growing didnt say the length but small. seems to think it is about 4 weeks behind in growth. still says due date is march 14 gave her a long list of letters of what it is called. is there something wrong or am i just worrying for nothing. we live 1200 miles apart she says she feels fine. this is her second child. I would appreciate some input on this. thanks anne

HI Anne,
there really are alot of reasons that would cause a baby to not grow as easy as miscalculating the date to something wrong with the baby itself or the mom. I would not know for sure because many factors determine it and I would need her record to help out. Another thing you could do is go to your daughter and go with her to her ob and ask questions.
