Placenta Grade III at 37 Weeks: Understanding Your Pregnancy & Potential Delivery

i am 28 years old, this is my first pregnancy, my last period were on may 15, 2004 but i am not sure , but my doictor says that my due date will be on march 17th,2005
so, i had a fetal monitor this week and it indicated that i have an average placenta in GRADE III mature with small cystic changes.
is this can lead me to have a ceserian while i still in my 37th week.

If your last period started on May 15, then you are due on February 22. You would now be at term. It is normal for the placenta to be GRADE III mature at this time and there is no reason to suspect that you will need to have a cesarean section based on the placenta. If your doctor gave you a due date of March 17, it was probably based on the size of the baby or a sonogram result. In any case, the placenta appears fine and unless there is some other problem, there is no indication for a cesarean section.
