No. A home pregnancy test is merely a determination of the presence of HCG (human chorionic gonadotropic hormone), the hormone that is present during pregnancy. If it is present, you are pregnant. If it is absent, you are not pregnant. It is not affected by any vaginal infections or yeast infections.
