AnswerIf you are late for your period, or if you do not believe the bleeding you had two weeks ago was a regular period, there is always a chance of pregnancy. However, the pregnancy test (urine) was negative, so it is doubtful that you are pregnant. To be sure, take two blood tests for pregnancy (Beta HCG) 48 hours apart. If there is a doubling of the results in 48 hours, it indicates a pregnancy. If there is a halving of the results in 48 hours, it indicates a miscarriage. If both results are less than 5, you were never pregnant. A bluish cervix is called a "Chadwick's sign" which is sometimes seen when you are pregnant. It is a soft sign and is not definitive for pregnancy.
