Managing Allergies During Pregnancy: Safe & Effective Relief

Question
I found out last week that I am pregnant, my first DR's appt is not until the 22nd of this month and I have allergies really bad. I am so stuffed up and can not breathe out of either nostril. My head feels really heavy and my eyes areon fire. I went online and put in the first day of my last period which wa sthe 26th of January & that makes me around 6 weeks. What can I di for my allergies? I feel really dehydrated too?
Thanks

Answer
Throughout your pregnancy, you can safely take Sudafed for stuffy nose or cold, Robitussin for coughs, and Tylenol for aches and pains. If your last period started on January 26, you are due to have your baby on November 2,and you are now  around 6 weeks pregnant.
