As long as you have one functioning Fallopian tube and are ovulating regularly, you should still be able to conceive a pregnancy.
However, anytime there are three consecutive pregnancy losses, it is often recommended to see a fertility specialist to see if there are any factors contributing to those losses which can be remedied. That may be an option for you to consider.
