Understanding Post-Miscarriage Abdominal Flutters: Causes & What to Do

Question
I had an early miscarriage at six weeks in December.  I have had regular periods since.  I have had stomache flutters that feel like movement for two weeks now with them becoming progressively more frequent.  I would have been 21 weeks this week.  I had a preterm labor loss of twins in September.  Could I be imagining these flutters because of my desire to conceive or is their a possibility that I did not miscarry?

Answer
Anything is possible. Go and get a blood test for pregnancy 48 hours apart. If there is a doubling of the results in 48 hours, it indicates a viable pregnancy. If there is a halving of the results in 48 hours, it indicates a miscarriage. If both values are less than 5,    you are not regnant (inspite of the gurglings.)
