Answer
If your last period started on February 10, and you had a positive pregnancy test, youy should now be 12 weeks pregnant. A sonogram should show a fetus and a fetal heartbeat, especially if your Beta HCT is 2075. If you had a miscarriage, you would have had some bleeding and passage of tissue. If it was a "missed abortion" a sonogram would show some signs of a fetus in the uterus. I would go back to your doctor and have all of this evaluated. I would take two blood tests for pregnancy, 48 hours apart. If there is a doubling of the results in 48 hours, it indicates a viable pregnancy. If there is a halving of the results in 48 hours, it indicates a miscarriage. If both values are less than 5, you are not pregnant. If there is a plateau of the results in 48 hours, you have to consider the possibility of a tubal pregnancy (ectopic). Check it out with your doctor.
