BCP Pill Missed Dose Concerns: What to Do?

last month within my bcp pack i took a few pills about 3-4 hours late and in my 3rd active week missed my normal dosage time once,(8PM) but took that pill first thing the next morning (no break through bleed) My period did come on time in the inactive week. I had no sex that month. I took the first pill of my new pack exactly on time and had unprotected sex later that evening. Should I be worried about my not so regular dosages last month? or am I ok since my period came and I am on a new pack? I have been on the pill for 15 years. Thanks.

You should be fine. A variation of a few hours is not really significant. And on the day that you took the pill approximately 12 hours late, I assume you resumed the normal schedule with the next pill that same evening. That is exactly what you are supposed to do in the event a pill is forgotten.

Regardless, you are protected with the new pack of pills after a regular period. And the first day after a period ends would not be a particularly fertile day anyway.
