Early Pregnancy Symptoms: What's Normal at 4 Weeks?

Hi,

I am at 4 weeks and 3 days of my pregnancy and also confirmed with a blood
test. My doctor says my hormone levels are pretty good. But till now other then
sore breasts and fatigue i ahve no other symptoms. No morning sickness, no
nausea. I am worried. Is it normal? Please help.

Yep - perfectly normal. Some women are inundated with all kinds of symptoms very early on and they linger for months. Others have very few symptoms and have very easy pregnancies all the way through. It varies - woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy.
