Postpartum Back and Heel Pain After C-Section: Causes & Solutions

I had c-section 3 months back.
I am still having lower back pain and heel pain.
I had gained 20 kg of weight during pregnancy,therefore in order to lose extra kilos I started exercising on treadmill 2 months after delivery .
But this sometimes aggrevate the pain.
Please suggest what should I do ?

Fitness walking on a treadmill is a great way for a new mom to burn fat as fuel and slim down after childbirth.

After pregnancy, the abdominal wall is weaker and stretched out. You are probably experiencing back pain because your abdominal wall is not adequately supporting your spine. Strengthening your abs will most likely solve this problem and will also help restore a nice hour glass shape back into your body.

Look for a postnatal reconditioning program that focuses on core conditioning.
