i had a surgical abortion eleven days ago, but i am now experiencing a terrible lower back pain. wat should i do?

Low back pain is usually due to uterine contractions which is experienced as cramping in the lower abdomen or back.  You should take Ibuptofen 400 to 800 mg for this pain.  It usually helps and we prescribe it routinely.  The location of the pain depends on which way your uterus normally curves.  Some women curve to the front, back right left or a combination of any two.
