QuestionI have had bad pain in my lower right abd. and down my leg, and in my lower back. I did have a hysterectomy(due to adenomyosis) I still have my ovaries, Someone said it could be ovarian cancer. I was just curious if this can be. Where can I read up on it? I am a little afraid, so I want to ask you before I jump and make a doc Appt. Thankyou for your time.

As for your right abdomen pain, leg and lower back pain and BACK problem can also cause these same symptoms, so you need to see the doctor and have a ct-scan of your back done first to rule out back problems that may be the cause of your other 2 problems....
