QuestionOkay so ive always been regular, always known within a couple days when i would start until recently. I spotted a little when i should have started, then never actually started. Also, I always get cramps with my period and i didnt that time, with the spotting. The next month, i had a regular period, cramps and all. And then this month I didnt have one at all, no spotting either. Ive taken at home pregnancy tests and they all say negative. What could be going on?

I wish that I could give you an answer, but the fact is that there are too many possibilities for what is happening.
The best I can recommend is to see your doc and have your hormone levels checked. This includes thyroid, and all reproductive hormones. It looks like something may have gotten out of whack.
Again, I am sorry that I can't give you an answer. I just need more information (some hormone levels drawn.)
