Safe Exercises During Trying to Conceive (TTC) & Early Pregnancy

Hi,

We have been Trying to Conceive since 3 cycles and I started
attending a fairly vigorous yoga class last month. I'd like
to know what exercises are to be avoided (for abs,lying on
abdomen,etc)in case I'm pregnant. Since 4-6 weeks pass
before one realizes one is pregnant.

Since you're not pregnant yet, you do not need to modify your exercise routine. After you become pregnant, you will need to modify your yoga once your belly pops out, generally around the 3rd or 4th month. Many women choose to switch in a specialized prenatal yoga class by the last half of pregnancy.
