Yes, some women do.  

Answer
Some women are very sensitive to being pregnant and do have symptoms that early.  If the woman is having twins or more then that increases the risk of early symptoms.
There are early test out that allows a woman to test up to five days before her missed period, that is the earliest test I know of.  That would make a woman about a week or so pregnant.
