Lovenox & Pregnancy: Addressing Shortness of Breath & Other Symptoms

I am 30 weeks along right now. I had a blood clot in my lung at 13 weeks, so I was prescribed Lovenox. I am having some issues with getting out of breath, light headedness, dizziness, and hot flashes. Mainly when I walk to the bathroom, or sit up for a short while, or standing up for a while. It happens at least once a day sometimes more. I called my Dr. and spoke to a nurse that had talked to my Dr. She told that it was my blood sugar. I have been eating regular meals and healthy snacks in between, so I really think it is more than that. What could be going on? Is my blood to thin, not thin enough and so on. Should I request to see a hematologist? I've never had a problem with blood clots until now. What should I do?

This is a little out of my expertise however through experience I have seen this before and you have the symptoms of a pulmonary embolism. I cannot say for sure that you have this but you urgently need to see a doctor as this could be dangerous if it is not diagnosed and treated.
