Can You Get Pregnant After Tubal Ligation? Options for Fertility

i have two daughters and i had my tubes cut and burned,about 5 years ago. i am with someone else and would like to have a child with him. can i get pregnant with artificial in-simulation and be able to carry a child to full term? or is there some other options that can be done?? please help me i need some medical advise.

As long as you have a healthy uterus and you are in good physical condition, artificial insemination should be an option open to you. You can also look into a tubal ligation reversal, but there is no guarantee of success with a reversal. You really would need to consult with your OB/GYN as to the best option for you in your own personal present medical condition and circumstances.
