Post-C-Section Pain in Second Pregnancy: Causes & Relief

I am 18 weeks pregnant with my second child.  I had a c-section with my first and I am having a lot of pain around my scar.  This happens most when I am on my feet for long periods of time or if I make a sudden movement, including coughing and sneezing.  I understand that you cannot diagnose my problem for sure, but was wondering if this is normal and, if so, what causes the pain?

Pain at the site of the scar may reflect a dehiscent scar but also can be not related to the scar. A dehiscent scar does not usually present that early in pregnancy but can be from 30 weeks on.

Therefore it seems mandatory in your case to have a full clinical examination for proper diagnosis.
