will  the placenta come out by itself naturally?
will my endometriosi come back?
how soon can i conceive again?

thank you

Answer
Dear Megan

This is a case of postabortive bleeding and its most common cause is retained products of conception such as a piece of membranes or placenta. This usually needs a surgical interference in the form of curettage. As long as no comlications (no fever)and its sequelae, pregnancy occurs without problems. This have nothing to do with endometriosis.

Good Luck
