Answer
Keep up with the aerobic exercise to raise your metabolism. Do as much breast feeding as you can, for as long as you can. It's better for you, much better for your baby, and because exclusive breast feeding burns about 500 calories a day, will speed weight loss.

Improve your diet by following the three 80% rules:
1. Make each serving size 80% of what you would normally have.
2. Eat until you feel just 80% full, then stop.
3. Choose foods with the highest nutritional value for 80% of your daily calories, which leaves 20% for a small daily treat, or foods of lower quality.

Start a food diary to keep yourself on track. Most of us under estimate the amount/calories that we consume, and over estimate how many calories we actually need.

Healthy postpartum weight loss is slow, for everyone. Plan on keeping up this diet and exercise plan for 6 to 8 months. Then, eat healthy foods, in the right amount, on a daily basis.
