Healthy Weight Management During Pregnancy: Is Weight Loss Normal?
QuestionI'm almost 22 weeks and my last two doctor's visits I have lost one pound per visit. I eat fruits, veggies, beef, chicken and very little processed foods. I try to keep my stress to a minimum which almost always comes from work. Is this weight loss normal?

As long as you are not taking in too few calories and your OBGYN is not concerned then relax. Body weight can easily fluctuate 3 or 4 pounds depending on how much fluids you are carrying.
