Possible Pregnancy: Negative Tests, Missed Period & Ovarian Pain - Seeking Advice
QuestionI had sex between MArch 21 and April 1 st. I am 19 I had un protected sex. I took two HPT and they both said negative and I took a blood test and it said negative could I still be pregnant could I have not ovulated yet?? My ovaries hurt really bad but I don't have a cyst or anything of that nature and on top of that no period still no period the last period I had was in March and it was for five days when it's really for seven i don't know what to do I'm not stressed my man is still under the impression that I still might be pregnant but I'm not having any symptoms i mean you can be pregnant and not have any symptoms I don't know what to do help can you give me advice?

With pregnancy, most HPT should be positive 2 weeks after your missed period. However blood test should be positive earlier than that. The most diagnostic tool is to have a vaginal ultrasound.
My advise is, if you have these 2 pregnancy test before the elapse of 2 weeks after your missed period, is to repeat it after this duration of time. Result should be accurate by then.
