Remember sperm can live inside you up to 7 days.

So right after your period, it isn't likely that you would become pregnant? Or am I just not interperting that right? Thank you for your prompt response.
Answer You are most fertile mid cycle. If you have a 28 day cycle you are most fertile around day 14. If you period last seven days then you are seven days into your cycle at the end of your period.
So you are likely to become pregnant right after your period. If you have sex two days after your period for instance and sperm can survive up to seven days then you could become pregnant.
I know it is confusing. Hope that cleared it up a bit.
