QuestionHi sarah,
I have aready asked you few questions about my chemical pregnancy in june 2007.Three months after chemical pregnncy me and my husband were trying to conceivec.
We have been ttc from past 7 months, but i dont know what is wrong with my body. I am unable to get pregnant even after having sex before and after ovulation time . Last month ie on march 16th to march 19th i could see spotting, and some blood for three days, during ovulation period.
I did not have sex for next 15 days, and i got my periods as usual. Please tell me, why is this happening with my body, and what should i do to get pregnant. I am really getting scared, . Can u tell me how much it would cost to consult the fertility centre here in USA,in boston area, and what are the tips to get pregnant,as I am really very dissapointed.
AnswerHi Sunitha
It can take a healthy couple below the age of 35 up to a year to conceive. I think you haven proved that you CAN get pregnant, I honestly think its a case of timing!
There's some good information here :

I also used an online chart to help me concieve, it does mean taking note of your periods but it's very good:

Unfortunately I don't know a lot about fertility but the links above should help you on your way. As I'm in the UK I'm unsure of where to look for prices for anything, but I would say the first stop would be your doctor. It could be something simple that they can help with.
Try not to worry. My advice would be to relax, eat well, stop smoking and cut down on alcohol. Also, lots of sex around ovulation!
I wish you the best of luck.
Kindest Regards
Sarah
