I am fifty three years old and just finishing up on my change of life I think. My nails used to be nice and stone and long when I was younger and now I can't grow them at all why is this and what can I do?

I have heard that calcium supplements will help promote healthy strong nails. It is typically recommend to take calcium with magnesium. Also, there are products at the drugstore that you can apply directly to the nails and they seem to work. Look for Sally Hansen or L'Oreal.
