if a u/a with micro comes back with non renal epithelial cells greater than 10 and mucus threads present what could this be?

Hi Elizabeth, I'd be glad to try and answer your question.  NON renal epithelial cells and mucus threads are both normal in urine.  They are considered skin/genital contaminants.
