Lab-Grown Diamonds: Are They Identical to Natural Diamonds?

Hello.  Thank you for taking my question.  I look forward to your response.  My question is with regards to "lab created diamonds".  While I understand that these are not naturally occurring diamonds, Are they in fact the same exact material and make up?  I have read that without the use of specialized equipment that these are virtually impossible to tell the difference.  Is that accurate?  Thank you for your information.

although we do not sell or specialize in these synthetic gemstones Lab Created Diamonds are Yellow in color and have a distinct difference because of this. As these lab grown stones are almost identical in dispersion, refractive index and specific gravity as a natural diamond, there are differences which are identified under lab grading.
