Understanding High MCV, MCHC, MCH & Low BUN, CO2 - Medical Explanation

Question
What does this mean.  MCV=95.3  MCHC=35.5  MCH=33.9  BUN=6L  CO2=22L  
I went into the hospital on 1-27-10 with stroke symptoms:  droopy eye, lip and cheeck, weak left side and headache.  After 3 days they sent me home with blood pressure medication (even tho my BP is usually low).
What do these lab results mean??
Please help.

Hi Cathy.  The test results that you provided are all within normal limits.  The two that are marked L (low) are only very slightly low and probably not of any clinical significance.  Also, all of these values have very little (if any) to do with your blood pressure.
